Job Description : Job Description:
As a Ticket Scanner you are in a unique position to provide the experience of a lifetime to our guests, fellow employees, and more importantly for yourself!
You will have the task of scanning each guest’s ticket, providing helpful and friendly guest service, and bringing your own personality and style to our team at Activated Events.
Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and helpful guest service
Ensure accuracy of valid event tickets using Ticket Sauce software
Escalate any issues to ticket scanning supervisor
Assist with egress at the end of event
Provide feedback to ticket scanning supervisor on what could be improved

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stay enthusiastic and perform well when busy/under pressure
Ability to work outside, on your feet, in all weather conditions for long periods of time

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:

10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift

Experience:

customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
