We maintain a massive on-site service center and are able to offer our customers with vehicles that have gone through a complete preventative service. We value our clients and want to ensure a friendly and non-pushy buying experience that will allow us to build lasting relationships.
Seeking a full time Automotive Title Clerk I. The primary role of the Title Clerk I is to assist Title Clerk Lead. Assist customers in the car buying process and the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle to the new owner. Assist in filing paperwork and ensuring a complete inventory from start to finish. Some duties include but not limited to;
Finalize buyer paperwork for customers
Provide customers with an explanation of documents and process
Prepare Buyer Tags
Prepare tax and title documents
Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV through WebDealer
Prepare inventory jackets
Input and maintain inventory within inventory management system
Register extended warranty contracts
Provide consistent excellent customer service in person and on phone
Learn and adhere to regulatory requirements
Assist in various administrative tasks required
Assist in the entry of associated costs for inventory management
Assist in the tracking of titles
Qualifications:
Previous industry related experience a plus, but not required
Experience In Data Entry
Ability To prioritize and multitask
Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals
