Facilitate, Review & Support to GPC Plant teams for Operation Excellence Activities &Total employee involvement (TEI) through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Quality
Concept Circle(QCC) and effective audit management.
Location- GPC
Grade- E4/A1

Key Responsibilities
Finance –
To Emphasize on Total Employee
Involvement (TEI) thru
SIT/CFT/QCC
Customer –
Establishing improvement culture
by selecting Kaizen theme &
solving thru structured problem
solving approach to educate &
bring awareness about correct
methodology.
Facilitation to operation team for
any improvement / visual
infrastructure ( 3S,TPM& JIT )
related requirements
Process –
Strengthen the structured review
Mechanism in Global Parts Center
& Build flexible production system
thru facilitation & support to all
Deptts for achieving operation
objectives
Innovation –
Effectively build & operationalize
robust innovation promotion
framework to leverage the idea generation aiming to achieve
desired activity level & impact.
People –
Strengthening employee
engagement thru people
development by promoting team
work culture, competency
development & Skill enhancement
Skills Information

Knowledge about TPM/TPS/TQM/JIT/5S / Deming &
various operations related Best practices in the
industry.
Interpersonal skills – Negotiation& influencing skills
MS Office & Communication skills.
