After you complete ACHA’s 8 hour Temporary Nurse Aide Training Program, AHCA Education: Temporary Nurse Aide (ahcancal.org)our team of skilled professionals will provide you with the 80 hours of clinical training needed to enable you join the CNA Registry!

What will I be doing?
Providing hygiene care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary
Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the Plan of Care, and documenting observed changes to the Supervisor
What do I need to work at Fairview?
High school diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of AHCA’s Temporary Nursing Assistant training program
Excellent communication and observation skills
English as a first or second language with the ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties
