Position : Train the Trainer

Job Description : You would be responsible for
designing and conducting training programs for the professional development of our trainers
collating & standardizing learning needs (behavioral / functional), validating them, proposing a training calendar and conducting the required training
devising short-term interventions, focusing on particular communication areas and soft skills to end-to-end training programs
ensuring the quality of the tutoring services provided. Additional responsibilities include interviewing candidates for the department and fostering a healthy learning atmosphere
delivering group CPD (Continuing Professional Development) training
Skills we require
proven track record of significant improvements in the learning processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive work environment
past experience of working as `Train the Trainer` mandatory
excellent written and verbal English communications with good articulation
significant experience in teaching English
