Position : Transactions Specialist I – Cash Services

Job Description : As a Transaction Specialist, you will:

Process transactions, currency orders, and balance daily activity
Refer customer adjustments over $100 to Team/Unit Lead
Prepare transactions for processing on high-speed equipment
Reconcile and balance daily activity and currency shipments for main vault

Knowledge & Skills:

Previous experience in handling Cash and/ or Check Processing is preferred
Back office operation and production environment
Attention to details and accuracy
Strong ability to complete tasks with speed and precision
Computer literacy and MS Office Suite
10 Key operating skills
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
Ability to stand or sit all day
Flexibility and willingness to learn and work in all areas of operation
Open minded with positive attitude

Work Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM ; Monday – Friday
Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED Required
Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Tools preferred
Strong analytical skills
