You will assist the company to coordinate the handoff of up to fifteen (15) passengers arriving on an international flight to their respective chauffeur. Manage the assignment to ensure a smooth process.
This is a daily assignment for approximately 90 minutes per day between 09:30 and 11:45 for 3 or 4 days per week (job shared among 2 agents)
Receive guest (approximately 15) and chauffeur list and confirm receipt.
Arrive at airport approximately when the flight arrives.
Make contact with each driver, or report to office if unable to reach a driver or driver doesn’t check in
Greet guest as they exit into the arrival hall and direct guest to chauffeur.
When all passengers are accounted for, agent can dismiss.
You will be required to make a quick decision when an assigned driver is not available but passenger has presented themself.
May need to communicate with office to resolve issues
Provide feedback on extraordinary situations, or behavior by guests / chauffeurs (both positive and constructive)
$240 for four days and $180 for three days. This will be steady work between 9:45am and 11:45am depending on the flight’s arrival time.
Additional skills desirable but not required at hiring:
Knowledge of airport operations and practices
Familiarity with technology as a tool
Required:
At least two years of general administrative employment experience
Excellent language skills
Detail oriented and ability to work independently
Ideal for someone who needs an extra income
Job Type: Part-time Contract. Up to 10 hours per week
Required education:
High School Diploma or Associates degree
Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour
