Position : Turnaround Timekeeper- Temporary Work

Job Description : Allegiance Crane & Equipment is looking for a Part Time- Temporary Timekeeper for a 7-8 week Turnaround Project near our Houston branch.
Responsibilities

Collecting all timesheets
Ensure accuracy of time being reported
Provide correct reporting for billing purposes

Requirements

HS Diploma
Strong written, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills – Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook
Must be available to work 12 hour shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
Must be open to working weekends

Physical Requirements

This position will work in the office, inside the plant.
Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move about office, in addition to sitting at a computer for extended lengths of time.
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:

12 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
