Job Description : Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels such as; DICE, Monster, Corp-to-Corp.
Requirements
B.Tech./ B.E / MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related stream.
1-3 years of experience.
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US.
Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels such as; DICE, Monster, Corp-to-Corp.
Working closely with TL/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool.
Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to C2C, W2, 1099 etc.
Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation
Screening the profiles, based on requirement and scheduling them accordingly for an interview.

Should possess an excellent track record in managing the entire life-cycle of the recruitment process, with an expertise in searching, sourcing, evaluating and selection of candidates.
Develop & maintain network.
Possess good interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation Skills.
Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.
Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements.
Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required.
