Job Description : NIGHT SHIFT JOB Experience : 1 to 3 yearsLocation : Indore (M.P.)Roles and Responsibilities· Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients.· Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.· Sourcing from Job Portals, Making job postings on the Job Portal.· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.· Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.· Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.· Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.· Publish progress report to management every week.· Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.Desired Candidate ProfileA Self-motivated and energetic graduate with good attitude· A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.· Able to work in a team, learn quick and deliver.· Ability to build lasting relationships.· Excellent communication and presentation skills.· Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Night shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Wear MaskAbility to commute/relocate:Vijay Nagar, Indore, Indore – 452010, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Language:English (Required)Shift availability:Night Shift (Required)
