Position : Utility Billing Manger
Job Description : BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this position is to manage all utility billing and collection activities in accordance with the municipal code. The position is responsible for scheduling, assigning, planning, controlling and supervising a variety of activities related to billing and collection of utility accounts. This involves frequent public contact, especially in unusual or difficult situations. The position requires a high degree of tact, diplomacy, independent judgment, initiative and the ability and willingness to make difficult decisions. Coordinates with Public Works Meter Services Division to manage the activities of the field service employees.
