Position : VDC Plumbing Detailer – REVIT / Navis
Job Description : Structure Resources is partnered with one of Phoenix’s premier Commercial Mechanical Contractors and they’ve asked us to help them find a talented Mid-Level VDC Plumbing Detailer to join their Design Team.
They’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ worth of experience with Revit and Navisworks and CAD Drafting experience is a plus. Must have a solid understanding of plumbing systems including, but not limited to water supply and distribution, sanitary drainage, storm drainage, fuel piping, medical gas, waste & vent, condensation for HVAC equipment, and gas and liquid refrigeration.
They would prefer someone who had some field experience before they got into design and a degree is not required but formal training in BIM/VDC/CAD is highly regarded.
This position is within an office setting with occasional site visits and it may require some overtime, weekends, and non-traditional work hours depending upon the needs of the project to meet deadlines.
This is a direct hire, exempt position with a target base salary of $70K to $75K+ per year with an opportunity to bonus. Company offers a robust benefits and retirement package with a tier-based 401k match and ample PTO, sick leave and paid holidays.
