Job Description : Position Summary:
Introduce the quality and freedom our product provides while actively providing 1:1 assistance navigating the VA Benefits and VA Healthcare System for the purchase of a VMI Vehicle. Actively build VMI sales by promoting VMI Veteran’s program, developing long term relationships as a Center of Excellence with VA’s, Veteran Service Organizations (VSO’s – approved “advocate organizations within the VA system) and Prosthetic Departments by establishing and maintaining business relationships and referrals.
Essential Responsibilities:

Introduce, develop, and manage VMI’s Veteran’s Service program to VA Centers nationwide.
Promote and sell Veteran’s program by demonstrating the benefits the program will provide to all parties (Veteran, VA, VMI Dealer, VMI)
Develop and maintain the highest quality of relationships with VA personnel and staff as well as key influencers and promote ease of doing business with VMI.
Manage standardized processes and KPI’s within VMI of FSS program to establish clearly defined expectations and accountability for VA and Veterans
Maintain records of Veteran interactions and transactions as well as the primary contact list of individual VA’s and Prosthetic Departments.
Act as a resource for veteran customer to provide guidance from initial contact through final delivery of vehicle to follow-up after the delivery.
Direct interaction with veterans by telephone, electronically or face to face
Promote and sell full product line
Coordinate incoming Veteran correspondence including sales orders, quotes, contracts, confirmations, and vehicle selection
Obtain and validate all relevant documents including approvals and signatures
Communicate and coordinate final delivery with the local Mobility Dealer or VMI Sales associate with VA
Facilitate Veteran Relationships including resolution of complaints acting as an advocate for the veteran throughout the buying process

· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
· Provide feedback and recommendations for ongoing improvements on the efficiency of the Veterans’ relations process. Detailed record of inquiries, comments, and complaints
Physical Requirements:

Able to operate a computer Constantly

Able to drive vehicle Occasionally
Able to sit for extended periods of time Constantly
Able to communicate written & orally Constantly

Overall Characteristics:

Experience working with the VA; former military with experience navigating the VA benefits system required
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Strong collaboration and influencing skills
Strong written, phone, and communication skills
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Works well under pressure
Strong computer skills including Excel and spreadsheet management
Strong sales and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment with multiple personality styles
Must have valid driver’s license
Travel required
Project Management and Lean experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
