Job Description : Morena Pet Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and caring receptionist to join our team. We are a busy hospital and strive to provide both our clients and patients with professionalism and compassion while keeping a positive, healthy work atmosphere. We are looking for a candidate who will demonstrate composure in stressful situations and able to handle a hospital environment. Further requirements are:
Reliability, honesty, be detail orientated and outgoing; possess strong computer skills (Avimark); be able to receive and triage phone calls, check in patients/clients and obtain pertinent information/data entry, be able to multitask, assist technicians/Doctors as needed, assist clients/patients as needed; prepare/present estimates to clients. Experience a plus. Must have experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
