Position : Videographer / Photographer
Job Description : The Creative Situation is looking for a full-time videographer/photographer to join us in our Fort Worth, Texas office.
Must Haves:
5+ years experience as a photographer and videographer
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Premier
Excellent understanding of lighting and composition.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including, but not limited to, Slack, email, phone, video, or in person)
Thrive in a self-directed environment
Are a proactive problem-solver who demonstrates determination and confidence
Demonstrate a sense of ownership and the willingness to participate at all levels
Work well in a fast-paced environment and have experience managing a high volume of projects
Nice to Haves:
Experience in event photography/videography
Product photography and retouching
Experience with After Effects
Experience in the apparel industry
Experience with ClickUp
Experience with Sony Alpha and PhaseOne cameras.
Responsibilities:
Capture video and photo content for the company of workshops, classes and conferences for archival, promotional, and social media use.
Capture video and photo content for clients to use in advertising, promotions, and social media.
Manage video and photo library assets for the company and its clients.
Collaborate with team members conceptually and creatively with a positive attitude.
Proactively assess, refine and optimize design processes on a continual basis to ensure efficiency.
This role will report to our Creative Director

We are looking for creative and dedicated people who will fit with our collaborative culture and positive, get-it-done attitude. Our clients include breweries, bands, apparel brands, apparel decorators and manufacturers, and various small businesses.
Our team is temporarily working a hybrid schedule with 3 days/week at our office located in Near Southside Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate would be located nearby or willing to relocate prior to start date. This is an in-person position.
No phone calls or drop-ins, please.
