The Role:
The VIP Services staff will engage with and provide assistance to all Live Nation clients that purchase VIP Cub Access, season tickets, box seats, or premium seating for our events, as well as assist Mann Center for the Performing Arts Donors. VIP Services staff members will be located throughout all our VIP areas and will be required to assist with questions, issues, or complaints in these areas.
Job Functions:
Assist in all aspects of the VIP/Premium Seat Services experience – including the club, pavilion/box seats, and parking lot, as well as the Mann’s Donor Lounge and pavilion/ box seating.
Make sure VIP Club, Donor Lounge, and VIP and Donor boxes are show ready.
Welcome guests as they enter the VIP entrance. Scan tickets, issue wristbands/credentials.
Answer questions, show guests to their seats, and assist with any other needs that may arise throughout the evening.
Monitor VIP and Donor boxes to ensure only properly ticketed/ credentialed guests are permitted.
Deliver exemplary customer service to exceed expectations and maintain customer loyalty.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Help the PSS team and wait-staff keep the VIP Club tidy and running smoothly throughout the show.
Serve as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience. Be knowledgeable of venue policies, event details, Premium Seat and Donor program amenities.
Aid all crew members as necessary and communicating effectively with others to enhance the overall guest experience.
Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
Other tasks as assigned by the VIP Supervisor, PSS Coordinator, or Management
This roll is part-time, seasonal and requires evening and weekend availability.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 1 year in Guest Service and communications
Creative thinker and problem solver
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+, and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
