Champion the company’s culture and performance to ensure the company is a first-class employer of choice throughout the region and industries in which it operates.
Increase retention of valued employees through cultural, communication, developmental and training initiatives designed to inform and empower all employees.
Ensure high performance throughout all departments and divisions is supported through OD initiatives seeded from HR.
Track and maintain KPIs and metrics throughout the company to measure performance as it relates to HR including turnover, hiring, hiring costs, retention, individual campaign effectiveness / ROI, hiring manager performance, training ROI, and any/all other metrics that will help inform decisions of the HR department and the leadership team.
Ensure guidance and advice is provided to management on all employment related matters with a focus on ensuring issues are prevented rather than corrected.
Plan managerial, departmental and divisional training as needed to support Company and departmental goals.
Manage the strategic planning and structure of the HR organization across all divisions for continual improvement efficiency, and effectiveness.
Develop and implement compensation strategies including designing compensation plans and policies for all levels of employees including designing bonus plans
Anticipate, respond and share the future direction of the Company/Department based on industry knowledge to build the organization’s capabilities for continued growth.
Develop and manage the annual budget for the department.
