Job Description : This role manages the welfare of the young athletic students and operational processes in the hostel facility of RoundGlass Sports; the incumbent in this role would be responsible for the overall health, hygiene and general welfare of the students residing in the Sports residential campus and contribute meaningfully to holistic development journey of athletes in RoundGlass.

Our focus is on bringing world class standards to RoundGlass Punjab Football Club and The RoundGlass Sports Academy which will support the development of talent in football, hockey and tennis, underpinned by the principles of wholistic wellbeing.
What you’ll do:
Perform end to end processes related to welfare of student athletes in the residential campus
Supervise the allotment of rooms to students as per guidelines and perform periodic monitoring of students wellbeing
Promote and administer cultural and engagement activities for hostel inmates
Supervise and maintain standards of discipline inside the hostel; proactively address any unfavorable situation and collaborate with stakeholders on dealing with crisis situations
Record-keeping of inventory and stock inside the residential centre; constant collaboration with stakeholder point of contacts, both internally and externally, to maintain and operate the hostel in a steady functional state
Supervise security services to effectively manage visitor management processes in the residential campus
Supervise outsourced vendor services to ensure adequate security, sanitation, canteen, and daily supply of other essentials services for students
Execute all SOPs and compliances related to residential centre operations and contribute towards its continuous improvement
Who we’re looking for:
Relevant education in general administration and / or property management
Minimum 10 years of related experience from a residential hostel setup involving young students
Demonstrated experience in process execution, record-keeping and reporting, stakeholder engagement, crisis management and collaboration
Strong verbal and written communication skills
