$18/hour + benefits for Full Time Employees

What You’ll Do
Associate will create and pack orders efficiently in order to support the kitchens that are set up across the city.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Print orders and place into cases/totes, while utilizing attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency when packing orders
Select picking carts, take orders and pick products to be placed in picking cart (order sizes can vary from 5-100 items)
Move products from racks to pallet/dolly directed by order to loading dock. Load delivery vehicle according to delivery plan
Hand stack cases/totes of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to over-head
Ensure all food items are always stocked and stored in their designated areas, while adhering to FIFO (First In First Out) regulations
Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage free. Report to shift supervisor for any damages to products
Receive, check-in and put away stock quickly and accurately, handling and organizing inventory with care and attention to detail
Replenish picking locations, unload trailers and properly rotate and stock warehouse to minimize low and out of stock items
Proactively monitor and report inventory levels to Supervisor, notifying Shift Supervisor of outages or expired product
Conduct vehicle inspection before departing for delivery
Pack and load food items onto delivery vehicle
Deliver orders to Reef Kitchens following assigned routes
Unload goods into Reef Kitchens
Obtain delivery confirmations from each Reef Kitchens
Conduct miscellaneous pick-ups and deliveries as needed
Follow company and ServSafe/Food Handlers standards and packing procedures
Contribute to Reef’s daily inbound warehouse operations
Maintain a clean and safe work environment including sweeping and mopping in the warehouse daily
Take direction from Supervisors and ensure key performance targets are met
Perform some kitchen duties as assigned by a Supervisor
Adhere to all company and/or local health and safety requirements or recommendations
Maintain a minimum of G-class drivers license and report any traffic violations
Protect company assets and/or vehicles by conducting asset/vehicle inspections as required
Maintain fuel levels, and follow maintenance and reporting procedures
Immediately report any deficiency or damage
If assigned, ensure company issued cell phone is only used for work purposes and never while driving. GPS or route planning application may be used while driving if directions are entered while parked
Acknowledge and allow the use of Samara or other fleet management hardware and/or software as decided by REEF
Ensures vehicles are clean, tidy, and well cared for

What We Want From You:

Must have a valid driver’s license
Minimum 1 year Order Picker and Packer experience
Minimum 1 year operating a Sprinter van, Cargo van, Cube truck or Step truck
Food delivery experience is preferred and working knowledge of a hand cart is preferred
Willing and able to work flexible / extended work schedules, as needed
Must have reliable form of transportation
Reliability/Punctual Attendance is key to success. If running late or going to be absent, proper procedure (as addressed in employee handbook) must be followed.
Ability to work at a fast pace to meet delivery timelines
Knowledge of OHSA standards and regulations strongly preferred
Experience working in a warehouse and/or a kitchen is strongly preferred

Working Conditions
Work is performed indoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
