Job Description : Boxout, an industry leader in health and wellness product distribution for over 75 years, is seeking Warehouse Representatives to join our team! As a family-owned company, our success is driven by our core values and energetic culture.
We have expanded to a new 92,000 square foot, air-conditioned facility in Fort Worth! This contemporary facility provides an energetic and open environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged. Our core values promote professional and personal growth.
We are seeking candidates for full-time outbound (9:30 am-6:00 pm, Monday-Friday) opportunities. This is a set shift but there could be the opportunity to work overtime as needed. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment. Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency, accuracy and attention to details. Experience with Warehouse lift equipment is a plus. All applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screen.
Entry level candidates start at $16 an hour. Candidates with previous experience, or equipment operating experience can make over $20 an hour.
**We are currently offering a $600 signing bonus, a monthly perfect attendance bonus, and monthly performance bonuses.**
