Position : Warehouse Manager
Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities
Keep warehouse safe and secure
Maintain inventory/Stock shelves and periodically check out prices
Issue supplies – Document with PO in System or provide to A/P Clerk
Maintain records in storage areas for construction and service departments—pull records when requested.
Receive incoming supplies and equipment
Be sure shipment is correct and undamaged
Process incoming and outgoing shipping documents
Provide appropriate storage of items received
Ensure items stored outside are adequately covered
Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks as necessary
Maintain & manage VMI relationship and record keeping with Insco
All gates to be locked every day before you leave if last to leave.
All computer tasks related to department
Coordinate all deliveries for driver with Production Supervisors and Service Managers
Other tasks as required or requested
