Job Description : Hensley Beverage Company in Phoenix, AZ is actively seeking a motivated full-time Warehouse Worker / Order Filler to get orders together and out the door to our clients. This order filler position earns a competitive wage of $18.00 – $24.48/hour, based on productivity and accuracy. There is also a $400 sign-on bonus and overtime available. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE WORKER / ORDER FILLER
As a Warehouse Worker / Order Filler, you are the heart of the warehouse! You take orders and build bulk pallets while adhering to the best practices and safety guidelines. In a timely manner, you carefully move around the warehouse and accurately select items needed for each client’s order. Every day you utilize your understanding of load building, replenishment, receiving, product knowledge, and distribution to help you be successful. You enjoy getting the right items and orders to our clients!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WAREHOUSE WORKER / ORDER FILLER
18 years of age or older
Willing to work holidays when needed
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, ride an electric pallet jack, and utilize a voice pick automated system
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical
Previous beverage industry or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required. Are you organized and detail-oriented? Do you communicate effectively? Can you work well as part of a team? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A WAREHOUSE WORKER / ORDER FILLER
This is a full-time day position that typically works from 9 AM to 8 PM (or until the shift is done), Monday to Thursday. Enjoy longer weekends with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!
