Job Description

The Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator is responsible for Inventory control and cycle counts for the warehouse and yard, shipping/receiving, forklift maintenance and inspections, and general organization and housekeeping within the warehouse and yard.
Duties include but are not limited to: freight and logistics services unloading/loading, storing, staging, counting, packing materials as needed, and sourcing. This position will also work with and assist the purchasing department to maintain inventory counts and help manage purchase orders/receivers/invoices as needed.
Pay range: $19.20- $22.88/ hour
Hours: 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM

Qualifications

Must be able to read, write and comprehend English. Must be able to perform
basic mathematical calculations.

High school diploma or GED
Six months to two years in a related position and environment with knowledge of
the methods, techniques, and practices of materials handling.

Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills with good
vocabulary, good grammar and the ability to independently compose written
communications. Good telephone etiquette.

Good computer skills in Google Applications (G Suite), Microsoft office suite, and
other departmental software programs. Ability to develop spreadsheets and modify
formats in order to complete assignments and ability to recommend improvements.

Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume environment while paying close
attention to details with proven time management skills.

Willing to work in a team environment and to assume additional or new
responsibilities readily.
