Job Description : Pasadena, TX

The PSC Group is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our team! Experience is not required, and paid on-the-job training is available. If you’re looking for a full-time, stable, long-term career in a booming industry, then consider joining the PSC Group family!

Work Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts, Monday – Friday

Pay Range: $19.00 – $26.00 an hour

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Load/Unload Trucks
Packages and weights all material leaving the storeroom and supports cycle count
Manages material returns and ensures materials are returned and placed in the correct location
Receives materials by validating packaging slip to purchase order and locates materials in stores
Prepares repairs for pickup by repair vendors and prepares appropriate shipping orders for transport
Identifies differences on inventory and notifies leadership
Operates a forklift to load and unload trucks and storeroom
Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job

Job Qualifications:

Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious at all times.
Able to communicate well with Operations, Maintenance, and other functional teams; including ability to interact professionally with Suppliers
Experience with Microsoft Office a plus (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Demonstrated ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and initiate action
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Strong Organizational Skills
18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
Stable work history with good references from past employers.
Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
You must be able to:

Speak, write, read fluent English. Hear and have good vision
Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
Work outside in environmental conditions which at times include extreme heat or extreme cold
Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of PPE
Lift 60 pounds floor to waist
Push and pull 30 pounds horizontally
Carry 20 pounds while walking
Climb stairs and ladders
Stand 8-12 hours per day
Extend arms through normal range of motion while standing and squatting
