Our Operations:

Our Snowflake greenhouse has 1.7 million square feet or 40 acres under glass. Within this facility, we have dry rooms, hand and machine trimming rooms, ethanol bulk distillate extraction lab, CO2 terpene extraction, hydrocarbon lab, commercial kitchen, and packaging.
We are building out a 35k square foot finished goods manufacturing and packaging facility in Tempe, Arizona. This facility will house lines including but not limited to packaging, filling, research and development, pre-roll assembly, and commercial kitchen capabilities. The design of the building will include features and processes to be GMP compliant.

POSITION TITLE: Warehousing Generalist
POSITION STATUS: Full Time, Hourly Non-Exempt
WORK LOCATION: Tempe, AZ
As a key function of the role, our Warehousing Generalists will support to ensure efficient operation of all warehousing functions involving, retrieving, moving, and stacking materials. Loads, unloads, moves, stacks, and stages product using material handling equipment excluding forklifts. Picks and Packs orders throughout the warehouse. Documents and maintains inventory to ensure compliance. Ensures production area organization and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the management and control of materials within warehouse space

Maintains organization of materials within warehouse space

Picks and Packs order for distribution

Accepts and stocks new materials verified from receiving and new finished goods from production teammates

Manages inventory to ensure organization and cleanliness

Helps maintain warehousing space to support systematic organization of materials and goods.

Collaborates with Inventory and Warehousing Management and Supply Chain leadership team to ensure proper material support within the facility or at retail

Communicates with supply chain teammates on inventory or supply concerns

Support and conducts cycle counts, and other audit procedures

Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or its equivalent and 6 months-1 year of related experience are preferred

Ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and have excellent communication skills.

Experience working with inventory management software and management strategies

Experience conducting tracking and data analysis

Product and inventory management certification a plus

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

May require physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push objects or materials.

Must tolerate work indoors and outdoors year-round, frequent hot conditions with high humidity.

Lift 15-25 pounds from the floor to a waist-high table when necessary.

Handle the responsibilities, routine stress, and work hours often associated with this position.
