Job Description : Wellness Program Coordinator
Trend Aesthetics and Wellness is a high end medical spa that currently has a focus on core aesthetic services: injectables, dermal fillers and advanced skin care. We are eager to grow the Wellness and healthy living side of our practice and are looking for a Wellness Program Coordinator to lead that journey.
The right candidate will be a nurse practitioner or experienced registered nurse with excellent program/project management and communication skills. They should have the ability to understand our clients and tailor programs to support their individual needs. Additionally, they need to work very well with others to foster a fun, engaging work environment while contributing to our overall strategy of being San Antonio’s premier lifestyle brand.
This role will receive training in aesthetic injecting to ensure we are able to support the 360 degree aesthetic and wellness needs of Trend’s clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Define and execute the strategic vision of a comprehensive health and wellness program
Conduct initial intake, consultations and needs assessments for clients
Develop Wellness plans (in close collaboration with our onsite providers) tailored to each client’s needs
Coordinate labs, appointments and follow-ups to ensure a 5-star client experience
Develop and conduct marketing strategies, seminars and events to advance awareness of Trend’s Wellness program
Continuously learn new techniques and approaches from the industry and self-learning to ensure our program remains best-in-class
In collaboration with our Medical Director and Senior Clinical Advisor, oversee the patient clearing process to ensure adherence to safe injecting and wellness medical protocols
Qualifications:
Nurse practitioner or registered nurse with 2+ years of Wellness/nutrition experience
Advanced knowledge of good health practices and latest Wellness industry developments
Advanced knowledge of anatomy required to train as an aesthetic injector
Excellent program/project management, organizational and communication skills
Previous experience working with clients in a life/health coach capacity
Proposed Start Date: May 2, 2022
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
