We also offer paid holidays!Seasonal Customer Service Representative: This is a temporary position (from now (February) until September) with the opportunity to promote to a permanent role. After two weeks of in-person training, you can work remotely for the rest of the season.Training: Training will be in-person for the first two weeks, Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm.Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Shifts are 8 hours and hours range from 7:30am – 6:30pm after training. Overtime may be needed on weekends and evenings in the peak season.Job description: The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. This includes:
Providing information to customers for warranty claim orders, order status, and product knowledge requests.
Processing customer orders, changes, and returns
. Requirements:
Previous customer service experience
Basic computer skills
Problem solving and analysis skills
Ability to work on a team
Proficient in verbal and written communication
Open interviews will be held throughout the season, dates and times will be provided after you apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 – $15.01 per hour
