We’re hiring an innovative YouTube Content Creator to grow our Real Estate brand and elevate our online presence. As the leader of our digital marketing team, you’ll create dynamic branded video content for YouTube and other social media platforms with the goal of growing our subscriber base and becoming an influencer in the DFW community. *Responsibilities*
*Use our organizational goals to develop an online marketing strategy with engaging content for our audience across all social media accounts

The ability to create engaging stories through video
Connect with social media influencers in our industry and pinpoint new media opportunities
In this role, you will drive the coaching, educational, informative, and entertainment content and writing within the i-Lead Productions Studio, focusing on the latest trends
Producing editorially sound and visually compelling content
Responsibilities include shooting, editing videos, and publishing
Work alongside team members to ensure that content follows i-Lead Realty brand identity and objectives
Respond and engage in real-time to posts, questions, and comments
Keep up with the latest entertainment and real estate trends

*Qualifications*
*Strong understanding of trends across multiple social media platforms

Must be able to create compelling SEO content through text, image, and video
Understanding of the YouTube platform
Excellent writing, editing, visual communication, scriptwriting, and critical reasoning skills
Ability to shoot, edit, and publish content to YouTube
Ability to pitch content ideas based on what will engage an audience
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising
Impeccable time management skills, ability to multi-task/prioritize projects with sensitive deadlines
Candidates must be self-motivated, uniquely creative, forward-thinking, and have a sense of humor

*Compensation*
$50,000 to 65,000 including bonus
