Job Description : Covenant Community Care (CCC), a faith-based charitable non-profit Community Health Center serving the people of Metro Detroit. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we offer integrated medical, dental and behavioral health care to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. CCC is currently looking for an experienced full-time Administrative Assistant.Must be able to work one evening per month for board meeting.SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:Prepare and attend monthly board meetings.Take and distribute minutes from Board of Directors meetings and subcommittees.Schedule organizational operations meetingsGreet and direct visitorsOpen and distribute mailMaintain and order suppliesAssist with answering and managing incoming calls, including customer service related needs and provide follow-up communication and research/inquiry as needed to ensure caller satisfaction.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, electronic editable forms and other documents.Arrange and co-ordinate other agency and vendor meetings and events.Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.Welcome, assist, direct and interact with incoming visitors.Assist, receive and interact with incoming visitors.Interact with external clients, patients, donors and volunteers.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
