Position : Administrative Assistant

Job Description : LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized manufacturing company to hire an Administrative Assistant! This person will support their Portland office as well as one of their VP’s, and will be hired on directly through their company. We are in search of a professional individual with a strong Administrative and/or Executive Assistant background, who is not afraid to jump in and lend a helping hand where needed.

Duration: Direct hire
Pay: $25-$30 per hour DOE
Location: Onsite in Portland, OR
Hours: M-F, standard business hours

What you will be doing:

Providing administrative support to the office and a VP
Answering and direct calls
General office management, including ordering office supplies and ensuring the office is presentable
Calendar management for their VP
Expense reporting
Some travel arrangements

Qualifications:

3+ years of Administrative and/or Executive Assistant experience
Strong organizational skills
Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
SAP experience is a HUGE plus, but not required
Great communication, both verbal and written
