Job Description : Primary Responsibilities: Prepare and send out weekly/monthly invoicesReach out to customers to inquire about overdue balances, and assist them with processing their invoicesMain contact for all billing inquiries from branch offices and clientsComplete weekly A/R reconciliationsPerform other A/R and office duties such as answering phones, data entry, etc.Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsCustomer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively by phoneQuickbooks/Excel skills desired but not requiredMore about Ro Health: We supply hospitals and schools with the healthcare providers that they need to care for their patients.
