Job Description : Qualification:
Bachelor’s (essential).
Certification in the wellness-related area (desirable).
Experience:
4-7years of work experience
Previous work experience dealing with wellness-related activities
Functional Skills:
Understand the wellness concept.
Has leadership qualities in terms of taking initiative, taking responsibility, seizing the moment.
Have very good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English.
Ability to work and collaborate with tech teams and other stakeholders.
Good time management skills.
Multitask capability, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to handle modern communication tools as also technology related to documentation and presentation.
Ability to sell the concept
Preferred Skills:
Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Comfortable in Marwari language
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for smooth conduct of “Wellness Resource Center” at Bakshi Bhavan.
a. Keep a very welcoming ambiance of the resource center.
b. Welcome visitors to the center with smiles and service gratitude.
c. Understand the requirement of visitors to the center.
d. Help and guide visitors to relevant evidence-based wellness knowledge.
e. Keep a record of all visitors, their requirements, and help provided.
f. Keep upgrading the repository of knowledge.
g. Follow up from visitors by phone or email or other communication media to check if the info provided has made an impact on visitor’s wellness.
2. Responsible for advising the core team for the periodic upgrade of the center in light of experiences gained over time.
3. Responsible for keeping track of day-to-day expenses if any related to the wellness resource center.
