Job Description : Qualification:
Bachelor’s (essential)
MBA in sales and marketing (desirable)
Experience:
4-7years of work experience (essential)
Previous work experience dealing with senior executives (desirable)

Functional skills:
Has leadership qualities in terms of taking initiative, taking responsibility, seizing the moment.
Have very good verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Ability to work and collaborate with tech teams and other stakeholders.
Good time management skills.
Multitask capability, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to plan, organize, and run events involving stakeholders from varied fields.
Ability to handle modern communication tools as also technology related to documentation and presentation.
Understands finance.
Ability to sell the concept
Responsibilities:
Responsible for running the day-to-day activities of Indus Wellness Trust.
Help the core team in planning various events both online and offline.
Responsible for setting up and organizing all online and offline events (Meetings, webinars, teleconferences, etc.)
Responsible for keeping track of day-to-day finances in terms of expense management to ensure that every penny is spent to extract its full value and wastages are identified and eliminated.
Responsible for smooth conduct of “Wellness Resource Center”.
Responsible for providing all admin support to the tech team.
Carry out any other task as assigned to him/her from time to time
