Job Description : Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

CFS Technology has been contacted by a longtime client that has a permanent need for a talented Help Desk Analyst. Our client serves businesses throughout West Michigan for their IT needs.

Benefits and Compensation:

Compensation: $40,000-$60,000
Medical/Dental/Vision, Retirement Plan with match, PTO.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide technical support and assistance regarding computer systems, software, and hardware
Manage tickets in a ticketing system and utilize remote monitoring tools
Install new computer hardware and software solutions
Basic systems and network administration
Provide end user support via phone, email, and RMM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience with troubleshooting, desk-side support, and/or systems and network administration
Experience with Microsoft Office, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking knowledge
Good communication skills, both written and orally
Exposure using ticketing system, RMM tool or similar
Bonus Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, backup solutions, storage solutions, servers.
