Job Description : A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an Manager of Emergency Services at a beautiful facility in an accredited system in metropolitan Oregon. The Nurse Manager ED will have a ton of room for growth with this position.

Reporting to the Director of Emergency Services, the Manager of Emergency Services will be supported by a team of highly experienced team of Staff RN’s, surgeons, physicians, paramedics, and the most contemporary equipment money can buy. The Manager of ED will be a highly valued member of the team.
The Manager of Emergency Services will oversee the ED and the educated staff. The Manager of ED will manage financial operations by executing the budgeting process within the department, and ensuring that the unit’s day to day operations go according to plan. Another key duty of the Manager of Emergency Services will be to lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives throughout the unit. Clinically, this person will have the opportunity to mentor a strong and tight knit team of Nurses and Support Staff. This will include developing training materials and evaluating staff performance to maintain high quality patient care.
