Job Description : Core Responsibilities:Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies and programs such as determining the demand for products and services offered by Beaver Coach Sales, Happy Campers RV Rentals, and its competitors. Identify potential customers. Create strategies with the goal of maximizing the dealership’s profits and share of the market while ensuring the dealership’s customers are satisfied. Oversee content development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.Provide direction and mentoring to client-facing employees who are responsible for receiving inbound customer contact and service requests from our customer base/CRMAchieve financial objectives by preparing and managing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Evaluate proposals for sponsorship, partnership, events, charities, etc., for synergy with the Beaver Coach Sales and Happy Campers RV Rentals brand.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:All customers are asked to wear masks, should they not have a mask one will be provided to themWork Location: One location
