JOB BRIEF
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and cold emails.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.

SKILL SET

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Good command of English Language.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

SOFT SKILLS

Apart from technical skills, you will need to show:
A flexible approach when working in a team.
Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients.
Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.
Flexibility is a must have as you might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
Time management skills and the ability to cope with several people at the same time.
