Job Description : Compile and analyze data, prepare reports/recommendations for action by supervisor.
Assist department or organization head with preparing the budget.
Administer programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.
Prepare purchase orders and credit applications as necessary.
Receive, review, approve and track invoices for payment.
Read and route incoming mail.
Compose and type routine correspondence.
Assist in handling full purchase order process
Assist in implementation and maintenance of Purchase Order tracking system
Help implement and maintain inventory tracking systems
Schedule repairs and maintenance with contractor and employees
Schedule and maintain preventative maintenance schedules
Compile and analyze data, prepare reports/recommendations for action by Supervisor
Organize and maintain file system and file correspondence and other records
Conduct research, compile and type statistical reports
Perform other duties as assigned to include special projects
