POSITION: Residential Aide
LOCATION: N. 3rd Group Home
FTE: Full time, 40 hours
HOURS: Wed, Thurs, Fri 4p-12a, Sat 8a-4p, Sun 12a-8a
SUPERVISOR: Becky Sorlokken
WAGE: $18.32/hour plus benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Vacation time, Paid Sick/Personal Time, and 6 Paid Holidays per year.

JOB SUMMARY: The Residential Aide is responsible for the health and safety and providing supervision of the clients in the home. Staff are responsible for assisting clients with their personal care, daily living needs, medications, meals, recreational and community activities. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be of legal age to perform the duties of the job. Experience working with people with disabilities or a desire to work in the field. High School Diploma preferred. Reach recognizes continuing education as a key point in self-improvement. Consideration will be given to applicants who have furthered their knowledge through college courses, seminars, workshops, specialized certifications and other training. The individual must pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under Reach Inc.’s auto insurance, maintain a good driving record, and have a reliable means of transportation. To perform this job satisfactorily the requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
