Job Description : Production and warehouse Manager, main job duties include: 1. Operation manager of workshop. Manage 3 -4 production worker, 7-8 warehouse associates and 2 QC. Manage daily receiving and shipping, manage production and quality control. Make the workshop and warehouse be well managed and running properly, productively and effectively.2. Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate and support planning and scheduling manager to make business be well planned.3. Production Management: Make and apply Work Orders correctly according to Customers requirement and our production plans. Make production plan and distribute jobs to workers correctly and clearly. make cost effective production.4. Purchase material for production, warehousing, workshop supply. Manage maintenance for equipment.5. Collect and training employee for production and warehouse, build reliable and productive workforce for production, shipping & Receiving. Monitoring operation of ground floor team. Make performance evaluation every 6 month.6. Quality Management and Quality Control: Work with Quality Manager to Maintain ISO 9001 quality control system, ensure quality delivery and meet customer’s requirement, solve quality problem immediately and effectively, improve quality delivery continuously.7. Warehouse management, Receiving and shipping: lead warehouse manager to make receiving and shipping On-time and accurately. Manage inventory control and plan packaging. keep warehouse be well managed in order.8. hekp to maintain good understanding and communication with customer and vendor. Help CEO to Provide a safe and positive working environment that encourages employees to exceed the expectations of customers and management.9.
