Job Description : Job Title: Full and Part Time Tasting Room AmbassadorReports to: Tasting Room ManagerThis position is responsible for creating world class wine experiences for our guests and wine club members and developing and maintaining relationships that promote sales and brand loyalty by providing the highest quality experience for all guests.· Job Description:o Convey our brand story by facilitating exceptional wine tasting experienceso Able to perform a sales driven role focused on club memberships and on-premise wine saleso Handle routine purchasing transactions and assist with shipping duties with the highest level of accuracyo Tasting Room wine service, assist with special events, private wine tastings, winery tourso Assist wine making team during harvest, bottling, and wine club packing· Skills and Abilities:o Wine sales driven and focus on brand strengthening through sharing our story and creating positive, memorable experienceso Knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about wineo Demonstrate dining room etiquette, service formalities, and proper wine service standardso Continuous development in wine knowledge, hospitality standards, and understanding our wine region· Requirements:o 1 to 2 years of hospitality or wine ambassador experience preferredo Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedlyo Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and obtain an OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handler’s PermitJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Up to $28.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountPhysical Setting:Casual dining restaurantSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftEvery weekendSupplemental Pay:TipsEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Food Service: 1 year (Preferred)Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
