Job Description : Luckiamute Valley Charter Schools is located in a rural setting, outside of Dallas and Monmouth, in the beautiful Williamette Valley. LVCS serves students in grades K-8 on two campuses, Bridgeport and Pedee. Salary and Benefits: LVCS offers a generous competitive salary and benefits package which includes PERS retirement employer-paid pick-up. LVCS offers an innovative, collaborative work environment with a 4-day a week school and work schedule. (Monday-Thursday) .

JOB SUMMARY: Oversee a data-driven, tiered reading intervention program at Bridgeport Elementary School. Create and implement small group reading interventions based on data, and facilitate data team meetings. Be an active participant in school leadership, collaborate with staff families to create family engagement opportunities.
