Job Description : ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESWe are looking for a VP of Operations to lead our growing franchise group. The ideal candidate has the ability to drive operational strategy, is an excellent communicator, and knows how to develop our team for success. VP of Operations reports directly to the Chief Brand Officer and plays a critical role in leading and directing the franchise growth.Provide consultative leadership to company and franchise operations team members that includes selection, coaching, establishing goals and performance management. Mentor, guide and inspire team to ensure growth and quality of work.Lead, direct, and coordinate the successful implementation of all key operational and organizational initiatives.Develop and disseminate system-wide standardization process that ensure flawless operational execution and consistency.Builds strong relationships with franchisees based on candor, trust and results-orientation to promote brand satisfaction and confidence.Successfully reinforces brand standards and quality standards based on in-restaurant observations; holds franchisees accountable for brand standards, ensuring correct operational procedures are followed; works with franchisees on timely resolution of compliance issues and fosters a culture of accountability.Oversees the conceptual design, implementation and maintenance of all training and development materials by ensuring strategic development/execution of curriculums and oversees the training of new and existing franchisees, company operations, and corporate team members.Oversees field operations with the ability to demonstrate positive impact on franchisee visits.Track and monitor progress/effectiveness of established operational objectivesDirect P&L responsibility for corporate training facility.Consults with franchisees to achieve annual strategic initiatives related to new restaurant openings results, maximizing unit-level economics (ULE) and return on investment (ROI).Self-motivated, able to problem solve independently and lead in a collaborative environmentAbility to communicate effectively with all individuals at all levels of the organizationDevelops tools and implements all new product introductions and system wide changesMeet and/or exceed organizational goals related to sales, profitability and operating costs for corporate training restaurant.Monitor, assess and evaluate performance through sales, operating cost, inventory, trend and other data analysisProvides financial oversight of corporate stores.
