Job Description : Equivalent Experience

POSITION :
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Pay: $15.00/hr
SHIFT: 11:30-8pm Monday-Friday

JOB DUTIES:
Customer Service Rep will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to home insurance and/or mortgage servicing questions. Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions. The Customer Service Rep will be cross trained to handle all types of calls that will pertain to homeowner’s insurance and their coverage.

In addition to answering questions and assisting clients, the CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls. The CSR must respond quickly and accurately ensuring that both the internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis. Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner. Outbound calls are also often necessary.

Will be handling 50-70 calls per day.

MUST HAVE 6mo+ of call center experience.

Will go through training. CANNOT miss any days during the first 4 weeks.
