To maintain with our growth, we are accepting applications for the position of Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a very rare opportunity from a family owned and operated company. We are one of the highest volume Chevrolet dealers, mostly truck sales and #1 Corvette dealer in Oregon.*** WE HAVE AN AGGRESSIVE PAY PLAN AND GREAT BONUS STRUCTURE ***We will offer a $3,000 per month guarantee for your first 90 days while you train. With the ability to earn over $100,000 per year.What are the day-to-day responsibilities?Greets, listens, and offers assistance to customers to determine their needs, interests, and preferences.Demonstrates vehicles by explaining the features, benefits, characteristics, and capabilities of the vehicles; offer test drives and explain warranties and services.Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggests trade-ins; responds to inquiries, builds value of the dealership and the product by meeting prospects and networking.Maintains a high level of product knowledge by completing factory required certifications.Maintains the CRM daily including the entry of all customers and completes follow up for all customers.Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.Position Requirements:Attends sales meetings and/or training.Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills.Possess the drive to work independently and the ability to be self-motivated.Maintain a professional, respectable and well-groomed appearance.Please email your resume.
