Job Description : Astoria Chiropractic is in search of a Chiropractic Scribe and a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual who cares about their patients, and is ready to succeed!Job Details· Highly experienced doctors on site to work with and learn from· Experience in healthcare or education in health topics is preferred, not necessary· Training in new techniques and modalities will be provided· Cross-training in areas such as front desk will be provided· Hourly pay based on experience· Demonstrates high level of professionalism and personal conduct· Supports doctors in treatment plan for a wide variety of chronic and acute conditions· Assists the doctor in recording daily chart notes· Records treatments provided to each patient· Prepares rooms and provides ultrasound therapy, patient exams, rehabilitative exercises, and adjunctive modalities of therapy· Provides clear description of services to patients, including what to expect· Resolves all patient and staff issues with clear communication· Maintains privacy of protected health information· Maintains cleanliness and organization of rooms and spaces used· Other duties as neededJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountPaid trainingSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
