Job Description : The Contingent Workforce Compliance Analyst will play an important role in Meta’s Contingent Workforce Operations team. The Compliance function has 2 main focus areas: Legal & Regulatory and Operational Excellence. The successful candidate will partner closely with the Compliance Lead, internal and external partners. Partnership will and will require excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Contingent Workforce Compliance Analyst Responsibilities:

Partner closely with team members and partners to resolve internal audit findings.
Create, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation for compliance and operational processes. Communicate changes to relevant parties, request feedback, and confirm alignment to ensure a consistent, high level of service delivery for Contingent Workforce program users and partners.
Monitor key compliance metrics from our staffing and vendor suppliers to include background screen compliance and onboarding form compliance with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Manage compliance process and policy exception inquiries in Service Cloud ticketing system. Service Cloud training will be provided. Review case data to address the root cause of trends and identify solutions.
Identify and drive process improvements on all compliance matters.
Attend regular meetings with key compliance partners: set agenda, take detailed notes and assign action items to ensure we are meeting goals and moving all matters towards a solution in a timely manner.
Provide project support to team initiatives, such as system enhancements or an implementation of new process flows.
Partner with Meta Training team on development and monitoring of learning requirements for contingent workforce.

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years Contingent Workforce or Human Resources experience.
Proven computer skills including proficiency with MS Office applications.
Experience in auditing data using spreadsheets to analyze and identify root causes.
Project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks.
Experience in identifying multiple sources of customer/employee data for analysis and storytelling.
Experience working across various levels of an organization, while building trust and fostering collaboration.
