Job Description : Description:HALO is looking for a self-motivated, hands-on Customer Service Representative to facilitate the needs of our clients in our Corporate Fulfillment Programs. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with our internal sales team, as well as our vendors, to coordinate such custom orders. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills; be well organized and prompt in meeting deadlines.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:Resolve customer requests including expediting orders, returns, credits, exchanges, collateral needs questions and complaintsAccurate and timely entry of orders into computer systemPerform the necessary follow-through procedures for customer ordersPrint and correct issue orders dailySales reporting on programs for management and salesVerify proofs on drop ship orders and get approval from the clientOrganize and facilitate collect and run programsSurvey follow up and reporting to sales and managementCreate and/or manipulate customer spreadsheets for large fulfillment projectsProvide administrative and sales support to internal staffMust have ability to handle stressful and problem situations in a calm, professional mannerMust be able to work professionally with high expectations from customers.
