Pacific Reef Hotel offers the finest lodging and exceptional experiences along the Southern Oregon Coast in beautiful Gold Beach. Located where the world-famous, designated Wild & Scenic, Rogue River flows into the Pacific Ocean, boasting outdoor recreation like salmon fishing, rafting, and jet boat tours. Pacific Reef Hotel also unveiled the industrys first oceanfront outdoor theater and high-definition weather camera.
We are seeking a General Manager with local knowledge and a well-balanced background.

Our ideal General Manager is someone who understands cost control execution and can drive top-line revenue through promotions, marketing, and direct sales.
As the Pacific Reef Hotel General Manager, your job will include overseeing all aspects of property management, including lodging, food and beverage management, amenities, housekeeping, and guest services. You’ll be responsible for staff development, hiring, and training the Pacific Reef team. Plus, finances, customer service, marketing, and quality control.
