This position will support the Talent Acquisition Department. The purpose of the Recruitment Operations Analyst is to support the Talent Acquisition Department’s efforts to continuously improve the team’s level of compliance, efficiency, consistency, and transparency.
Outcomes and Activities:
This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an office location may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at an office location if requested by the team member.
Support report requests from the business using data from Workday and Oracle and utilize Excel for formatting and analysis.
Function as the subject-matter-expert for Workday applicant tracking system. Track IT Support tickets and participate in requirement gathering and testing.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and make recommendations to leadership.
Document existing recruitment practices and processes, maintain upkeep of documentation.
Maintain existing templates: framing meeting, posting, internal feedback forms, etc.
Partner with the business to keep supporting recruitment documents updated including: Candidate Interview Folders, Candidate Engagement Documents, Career Fair Flyers, Benefits at a Glance, etc.
Assist in research, development and planning of recruiting events (job fairs, meetings, etc.)
Ensure Talent Acquisition contracts with staffing vendors and recruitment tools remain current, track spend with current vendors, and analyze results to provide to leadership.
Track new hires traits for specific profiles and report trends to help refine the recruitment strategy.
Work closely with the support teams for data and reporting requests as needed.
Maintain and organize the Staffing department shared folder.
Support the greater HR team for process compliance related activities as necessary.
Support ad-hoc requests from Talent Acquisition leadership as needed.
Knowledge and Skills:
Communicate clearly and objectively; execute difficult conversations well. Raise concerns through proper channels.
Be organized, with ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests.
Convey complex information in a timely and easily understood manner throughout all levels of the organization with minimal coaching
Respond promptly and effectively to problems, projects and tasks.
Demonstrate initiative by being proactive in work duties and making recommendations as opportunities arise.
Assess and document quality issues and propose solutions.
Self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment.
Continuously work to increase dependability, reliability and timeliness of the Talent Acquisition team.
Customer focused, always having the key stakeholders and company’s best interest in mind.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience.
2 + years of experience supporting a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources department.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
Experience extracting reports and manipulating output from a data management system.
Strong understanding of recruiting policies, processes and legal guidelines.
Preferred:
Experience with Workday recruiting.
Knowledge of federal and state employment law.
Targeted Compensation: $67,186.44 – $78,384.18 base salary + an annual bonus plan
